Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to technology service engagements provided by VERKADA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RC Number 8075552), of 1, Adedeji Adekola, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. Because we deliver services (such as web development, cloud & DevOps, IT support, cybersecurity, and software consulting) rather than physical goods, refunds are assessed based on the stage of the engagement.
1. Refund Eligibility & Cancellation Tiers
- Before work begins: if you cancel an engagement before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
- Once an engagement is underway: if work has begun, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of the engagement not yet performed, with deductions for work already completed and resources committed.
- Larger or milestone-based projects: for engagements structured around milestones, refunds are assessed per milestone. Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable, while amounts allocated to future milestones not yet started may be refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed deliverables that have been delivered and/or accepted.
- Third-party license, subscription, domain, hosting, or software costs already purchased on your behalf.
- Time and resources already expended on work performed under the engagement.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at verkadatechnologieslimited@gmail.com with your order or engagement reference and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond, typically within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
4. Currency & Processing
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (NGN, USD, or GBP). Refunds in Nigerian Naira are processed in compliance with the relevant Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Please note that exchange-rate fluctuations and payment-processor or bank fees may affect the final amount you receive, and the timing of the refund may depend on your bank or card issuer.
