Accordingly, "delivery" refers to how we confirm, begin, and complete a service engagement and hand over digital deliverables. This policy describes what you can expect throughout that process.

1. Engagement Confirmation

After you place an order or accept a proposal, we confirm the scope, deliverables, fees, and currency (NGN, USD, or GBP) in writing. The engagement is considered confirmed once you accept the proposal and any required initial payment is received.

2. Project Kickoff & Timelines

Following confirmation, we schedule a kickoff and agree on a project timeline with key milestones. Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the engagement and may be adjusted by mutual agreement where scope changes or where client-side inputs are delayed. We share progress updates at agreed intervals throughout the engagement.

3. Communication & Delivery Channels

We communicate and deliver our work through digital channels, which may include:

  • Email and scheduled video or voice calls.

  • Code repositories, cloud platforms, shared documents, and project management tools, as appropriate to the engagement.

Final deliverables are handed over electronically, for example via repository access, deployment to your environment, or shared download links.

4. Technical Requirements & Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on cooperation from both sides. You are responsible for providing, where applicable:

  • Access to relevant accounts, systems, hosting, domains, and credentials.
  • Required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • A designated point of contact to answer questions and review deliverables.

5. Issues with Delivery or Access

If you experience any problem accessing a deliverable, environment, or handover, please notify us promptly so we can resolve it. We will work with you to re-deliver, restore access, or correct any errors in line with the agreed scope of the engagement.
